Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Texas is suing Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin before the supreme court. The lawsuit is asking the Supreme Court to nullify the electoral college votes from all four swing states, arguing that those states did not follow either their state laws or the legal voting process listed under the constitution.
