All of Dr. Hart’s arguments are a primer in the practice of liberal theology. Here’s the recipe: a heaping tablespoon of doubting the Bible, a quarter cup of obscure church fathers elevated to the authority of Scripture, and then sprinkle in some “social psychology” for good measure.
